Coil pins assigned gets blanked out when catalog data with no pinlist is assigned to component Hotfix

This hotfix corrects an issue that the coil pins assigned gets blanked out when catalog data with no pinlist is assigned to component.

Prerequisites

• You must have AutoCAD^® Electrical 2011 Update1 installed.
• You will need administrative privileges.

Note: This hotfix will update all language versions.

Installation Instructions

1. Exit AutoCAD Electrical
2. Download the hotfix: DL16075051.zip
3. Find the product installation folder; for example C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2011.
4. In this folder, right-click the WDS1ED.fas file.

• If this file has a modified date of 8/12/2010 (Aug 12th, 2010), then proceed with this installation.
• If this file has a modified date of 11/11/2010 (Nov 11th, 2010), then this hotfix has already been applied.

5. Goto product installation folder, right click on "WDS1ED.fas" and rename it to "WDS1ED.bak" to retain the original file as backup.
6. Double-click the downloaded file.
7. Extract WDS1ED.fas to the product installation folder (for example, C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2011).
8. Confirm the modified date of the replaced file, WDS1ED.fas, is 11/11/2010 (Nov 11th, 2010).

NOTE: To remove this HOTFIX, delete the new WDS1ED.fas file and rename the file WDS1ED.bak back to its original name of WDS1ED.fas.
