Conductor List can not be saved for cable marker Hotfix

This hotfix corrects an issue that the conductor list can not be saved for cable marker.

Prerequisites

• You must have AutoCAD^® Electrical 2011 Update1 installed.
• You will need administrative privileges.

Note: This hotfix will update all language versions.

Installation Instructions

1. Exit AutoCAD Electrical
2. Download the hotfix: DL16075065.zip
3. Find the product installation folder; for example C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2011.
4. In this folder, right-click the WDCABLE.fas file.

• If this file has a modified date of 8/2/2010 (Aug 2nd, 2010), then proceed with this installation.
• If this file has a modified date of 11/3/2010 (Nov 3rd, 2010), then this hotfix has already been applied.

5. Goto product installation folder, right click on "WDCABLE.fas" and rename it to "WDCABLE.bak" to retain the original file as backup.
6. Double-click the downloaded file.
7. Extract WDCABLE.fas to the product installation folder (for example, C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2011).
8. Confirm the modified date of the replaced file, WDCABLE.fas, is 11/3/2010 (Nov 3rd, 2010).

NOTE: To remove this HOTFIX, delete the new WDCABLE.fas file and rename the file WDCABLE.bak back to its original name of WDCABLE.fas.
