Notice to Autodesk Inventor Customers: DL17369034 Released

In our continuing efforts to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released hotfix DL17369034 which addresses multiple issues (see Description Below).

This document contains the latest information regarding the installation and use of this update. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the update to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.

IDW file Feature dimension does not update

Derived surface is displayed in a view when visibility is switched off in the part

Unexpected exit when close inventor

Design Views not honored

File bloat caused by showing constraints in 3D sketch

Members of an assembly pattern should show green DOF boxes

Reference is still active but no occurrences in the assembly

Invalid file references inside assembly file

Balloon reference lost after migration of Drawing files

This hotfix should only be applied to systems directly affected by the issue described above, as this was the only issue this hotfix was created to address.

This hotfix is available in 32bit and 64bit versions (downloaded together as one bundle) and is only applicable to Autodesk Inventor 2011 Service Pack 2 for the Subscription Bonus Pack. If you do not have Service Pack 2 for the Subscription Bonus Pack please download and install prior to installing this Hotfix. Once installed, it will appear as an update under Add/Remove Programs and can be uninstalled from there.
