DL18839538 - Autodesk Vault 2013 - Web Client Authentication Hotfix

Description of the Issue

With an appropriate Autodesk Data Management Server and Vault Office 2013 installed, attempting to authenticate using the web client
and Windows authentication would fail with a 'ERRMESSAGE_319' message.

  • The updated Connectivity.Web.Platfrom.Services.v17.dll​ file is version 17.0.62.60.
  • Installation Instructions


    1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on the Autodesk Data Management Server.
    2. Extract the DL18839538.msp file to the temporary directory.
    3. Double-click on DL18839538.msp to install the hotfix.
    4. Install the hotfix on each Autodesk Data Management Server.
