In our continuing efforts to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released update DL21674717 which addresses an issue where when loading large NW files (larger than 300M), even if it is not a Factory document, Navisworks will hang and force a restart of computer.
This document contains the latest information regarding the installation and use of this update. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the update to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.

This update should only be applied to systems directly affected by the issue described above, as this was the only issue this update was created to address.
For application of this update, your system must have one of the following products installed:
This update is available in 64bit version only and is only applicable to Autodesk Factory Design 2014. Once installed, it will appear as an update under Add/Remove Programs and can be uninstalled from there.
