In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this Hotfix which addresses Vault 5 issues 
relating to the Autodesk Design Review 2007 and Autodesk DWF Viewer 7 releases.  This README file highlights how to 
install this Hotfix, and other important information regarding this update.

Description of the issue:

This hotfix will only need to be installed if you plan to install Autodesk Design Review 2007 or Autodesk DWF Viewer 7.  

This hotfix will enable the Vault 5 user to view DWF files generated from Autodesk Design Reviewer 2007 from within 
the Vault Explorer interface.

System Requirements:

Autodesk Vault 5 or Autodesk Productstream 5

KNOWN ISSUES:
================================================

* DWF output settings in Inventor are persistent per session of Inventor and will use the last known settings from that 
session of Inventor.  Certain Vault operations (checkin, add files) will be slower depending on the custom 
DWF output settings if automatic DWF is turned on in the Vault addin.

* DWF files generated using Inventor 11 DWF Extension can not be viewed using the prior versions of the viewers.  This 
requires that the proper viewer must be installed to view files in the Vault when using the view option within 
Vault Explorer.

* Vault 5 users who download Inventor 11 DWF Extension should also download and install the related 
hotfix from the Autodesk Knowledgebase (search for "TS1057378").  

* Productstream/Vault installation will fail if installed from the \bin\acadfeui\vault\client\setup.exe location after 
Autodesk Design Review 2007 or Autodesk DWF Viewer 7 is installed.

* Vault 5 will fail to install when attempting to install from the Productstream media browser after Autodesk DWF Viewer 7 
is installed.  To successfully install Vault, run \bin\acadfeui\vault\client\Vault.msi. 

* If you experience an error dialog with an Error 1904 while installing the hotfix, it is most likely because you installed 
Inventor 11 DWF Extension to a different directory than Inventor 11 was orginally installed.  Uninstalling and re-installing
Vault or Productstream will fix the installation error.

Warnings:

This hotfix should only be applied to systems with the Vault Explorer (R5) and Autodesk Design Review 2007 or 
Autodesk DWF Viewer 7 installed. This is the only issue for which this hotfix has been created to address.

Update Verification:

1. Right-click and select properties on the affected files
2. Select the version tab
3. Select file version
4. The value after applying this hotfix will be 11.0.118.300

Installation Instructions:
================================================

1. Download the Hotfix (TS1057378_Vault.zip) and extract the executable from the zip file to your hard drive.
2. Double-click on the applicable executable.
