Description of the Issue

Calls to WebServiceManager can cause repeated log in and log out that degrades performance and sometimes cause undesirable UI behavior.

    Client

    1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on the workstation.
    2. Extract the TS16789921_Client.msp file to the temporary directory.
    3. If the SDK is installed, uninstall it.
    4. Double-click on TS16789921_Client.msp to install the hotfix.
    5. Run the updated SDK installer (Install.msi).
    6. Install the hotfix on each applicable workstation.

    Server

    1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on the Autodesk Data Management Server.
    2. Extract the TS16789921_Server.msp file to the temporary directory.
    3. If the SDK is installed, uninstall it.
    4. Double-click on ts16789921_Server.msp to install the hotfix.
    5. Run the updated SDK installer (Install.msi).
    6. Install the hotfix on each applicable Autodesk Data Management Server.
