Autodesk Data Management Server 4 Diagnostic Tool ReadMe

Step 1. Unzip the diagtool.zip to a temporary location. It will create a DiagTool folder and place all the files under it.

Step 2. In the DiagTool folder run the DiagTool.exe

Step 3. In the DiagTool main window select the "Run Checks" button.

Step 4. The checks will write the log file at "C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp\AutodeskDataManagement" unless you have defined the user temp folder to be in another location. This is the Windows default temp folder defined for local accounts.

        The following log files are created:

        DiagTool_<date>.log     -  Diagnostic Tool Logs 
        Sys_Log_<date>.log      -  Windows System Event Log 
        App_Log_<date>.log      -  Windows Application Event Log 
        CopyOfvlog-<date>.log   -  Most Recent Copy of Autodesk Data Management Server Log (If available)
