In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released the AutoCAD Civil 2009 - Autodesk Vault 2010 (Server) Support Patch. AutoCAD Civil 2009 includes the Autodesk Data Management Server (ADMS) 2009 and AutoCAD Civil 2010 includes the Autodesk Vault 2010 (Server) for AutoCAD Civil version. ADMS 2009 and Autodesk Vault 2010 (Server) cannot be installed side-by-side on the same machine. This support patch enables you to connect to Autodesk Vault 2010 (Server) from AutoCAD Civil 2009 (with Service Pack 2.1 installed), allowing you to upgrade to the new version of Autodesk Vault 2010 (Server) independent from your upgrade to Civil 2010.
NOTE : Applying this support patch does not allow you to use AutoCAD Civil 2010 drawings with ADMS 2009.
This Readme contains information regarding the installation and use of this support patch. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the support patch to your product. For your reference, you should save this Readme to your hard drive or print a copy.

This support patch can be applied only to versions of AutoCAD Civil 2009 with Service Pack 2.1 installed and running on English-language and non-English-language operating systems. If you have not installed Service Pack 2.1, you will receive an error message when attempting to install this service pack.
NOTE : This patch applies only to AutoCAD Civil and cannot be used for AutoCAD Civil 3D.
