FLEXnet Licensing Hotfix

This hotfix repairs a problem that may cause a crash when you launch a number of Autodesk® products.


Description of Problem

On Microsoft Windows 64-bit platforms, a crash may occur on startup during the Activation Licensing Service process. This problem occurs in the products listed below.

Installation Instructions

To install FLEXnet Licensing Hotfix

NOTE: You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft Windows operating system to complete the installation process.

  1. On the computer where the affected product is installed, close all software applications and log on as the Administrator.
  2. Download the AutodeskLicensingHotfix.exe file to a location on your local computer.
  3. On your local computer, find and double-click the AutodeskLicensingHotfix.exe file to install the hotfix. A message will indicate when your product has been successfully installed.
