What You Should Know When Updating Revit Through LiveUpdate
This update may be applied through the Live Update system. The Autodesk Revit installer allows you to download and include the update with an install of the original version of Autodesk Revit MEP. Also within Autodesk Revit MEP the InfoCenter allows you to apply the update. Note that applying the update through either of these methods will not apply any content updates. To apply the content updates you will need to download the update and run it separately. If you have already applied the update through Live Update, you may download and run the update again.
On 64-bit Microsoft® XP systems, you will need to download the service pack manually before using the Append option to add it to a network deployment.
If you are using Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 8, you may receive an error indicating that Communication Center was unable to apply the Live Update service pack. If this occurs, download the service pack manually.
