Hotfix for HTML Tabular Clash Report not outputting groups or comments correctly

(1) Download the zipped file: "Clash HTML Tabular Report Fix.zip"
(2) Navigate to your Autodesk Navisworks Manage 9.0 installation folder, usually C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2012
(3) Copy the zip file to this directory, and extract all the files here
(4) Check that the updated report stylesheets have been extracted to the language pack directory:
- German:    de-DE\stylesheets
- English:   en-US\stylesheets
- Spanish:   es-ES\stylesheets
- French:    fr-FR\stylesheets
- Italian:   it-IT\stylesheets
- Japanese:  jp-JP\stylesheets
- Korean:    ko-KR\stylesheets
- Portugese: pt-BR\stylesheets
- Russian:   ru-RU\stylesheets
- Chinese:   zh-CN\stylesheets
