DL19844149 - Autodesk Vault 2013 - API Lifecycle/Job Processor Update

In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this hotfix which provides the following API updates;

  • Fixes an incorrect dialog when performing a Lifecycle update.
  • Resolves an issue with Job Processor where the first job succeeds but subsequent jobs fail.
  • This README file highlights how to install this hotfix and other important information regarding this update.

    Description of the Issues

  • Vault explorer displayed an incorrect error dialog during the 'Update Lifecycle' command when restrictions are set by a web service command extension.
  • When trying to update a file's properties using the IExplorerUtil's object during a custom job handler, the first job that is run would succeed
    but all subsequent jobs would fail until the Job Processor was restarted.

  • The updated ​files are version 17.0.62.200.

  • Installation Instructions

    1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on the workstation.
    2. Extract the DL19844149.msp file to the temporary directory.
    3. Double-click on DL19844149.msp to install the hotfix.
    4. Install the hotfix on each applicable workstation.
