Issues Resolved by This Hotfix

This hotfix resolves several translation issues in the Structure Editor, Land Management CH and Electric Module.


Products Repaired by This Hotfix

o   Autodesk Topobase Administrator 2011

o   Autodesk Topobase Client 2011

o   Autodesk Topobase Web 2011

 

NOTE: This hotfix can be applied to Autodesk Topobase 2011 German with or without Update 1 installed, and to 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the product.


Installation Instructions

To install the Autodesk Topobase German Hotfix

NOTE: You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft® Windows® operating system to complete the installation process.

Before overwrite the existing files, it is recommended to make a backup copy.

  1. Download and extract the TopobaseAdmin.exe, TopobaseWeb.exe and TopobaseClient.exe to a folder on your local drive.
  2. Close all Autodesk Topobase applications.
  3. In Windows Explorer search for the following files and make a backup copy. The default file locations are indicated.

C:\Programme\Autodesk\Autodesk Topobase Administrator 2011\bin\de-DE

Topobase.Modules.Electric.Common.resources.dll

Topobase.Modules.LandCH.resources.dll

Topobase.StructureEditor.resources.dll

 

C:\Programme\Autodesk\Autodesk Topobase Client 2011\bin\de-DE

Topobase.Map.GWS.WebConfiguration.resources.dll

Topobase.Modules.Electric.Common.resources.dll

Topobase.Modules.LandCH.resources.dll

 

C:\Programme\Autodesk\MapGuideEnterprise2011\WebServerExtensions\www\TBWeb\bin\de

Topobase.Modules.Electric.Common.resources.dll

 

  1. Double Click each of the downloaded hotfix .exe files.
    1. On 32-bit systems

o   If Autodesk Topobase 2011 was installed to the default installation directories, click Install, or

o   If Autodesk Topobase 2011 was installed to custom directories, browse to the \bin\de-DE folders of you Autodesk Topobase Administrator and Autodesk Topobase Client, and the \TBWeb\bin\de folder of your Topobase Web Extensions installation to install the respective files.

b.     On 64-bit systems

o   Browse to the \bin\de-DE folders of you Autodesk Topobase Administrator and Autodesk Topobase Client, and the \TBWeb\bin\de folder of your Topobase Web Extensions installation to install the respective files.
