The Localized UI Error Hotfix repairs an error caused by non-administrative privileges in localized versions of Autodesk Design Review 2008.

Description of Problem

Autodesk Design Review 2008 starts with an English user interface instead of a localized user interface, as expected. This is due to a problem in the registry and appears when users have privileges other than Administrative rights. The issue can be seen with all languages, except English.
