Description:
This class is passed to Control::InitIKJoints2() which is called when importing R4 3DS files that have IK joint data. This class contains the added preferredAngle parameter.
Data Members:

The preferred angle.

DWORD flags;

Not used (must be 0), reserved for future expansion.
