Usage: NullPartNumFix -S=<server> -U=<sql_user> -P=<password> -A=<REPORT | FIX>

Example: NullPartNumFix -S=VaultServerName\AutodeskVault -U=sa -P=AutodeskVault -A=REPORT

1) Start after comfirming that a backup has been successfully performed.
2) Run the utility in REPORT mode.
3) Examine the output.
4) Run the utility in FIX mode.
5) Verify that the update item issue has been resolved.
