Hotfix for: AutoPLANT Datatools Default Links Are Not Available

This patch fixes a problem regarding the default list of AutoPLANT data tool links
not being available in Navisworks 2010.

After installing the patch Windows Vista will display a message complaining that the 
files have not been installed correctly. Ignore this message.
