In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released a Service Pack for Productstream Compass 2005 SolidWorks-Integration V5, which supports SolidWorks 2006. This README file highlights how to install the Service Pack and how to download the Service Pack.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
=========================

NOTE: This Service Pack update only applies to the Productstream Compass 2005 Service Pack 2 and COMPASS 2005 Service Pack 2 Client and Server product.
NOTE: This Service Pack requires SolidWorks 2006 Service Pack 2.1.
NOTE: Autodesk strongly recommends backing up the Productstream Compass and/or COMPASS installation PRIOR to installing this Service Pack.


To install this Service Pack:

(1) Download the Service Pack for Productstream Compass 2005 SolidWorks-Integration V5 file "Productstream Compass SolidWorks-IntegrationV5.exe" from http://www.autodesk.com


(2) To install the Service Pack files for the Productstream Compass 2005 SolidWorks-Integration V5 Server and Client

	(2.1)	Double-click on the file "Productstream Compass SolidWorks-IntegrationV5.exe" to begin installing the Service Pack.

	(2.2)	Follow the instructions.

	(2.3)	The setup routine for updating the Productstream Compass 2005 SolidWorks-Integration Client must be started manually. It is located in the folder client_SolidWorks. Start the update program and select the Productstream Compass installation directory on the Client.
                Ensure that the appropriate rights are available for the user.
