Revit 2010 Hotfix - Wall Modifications

Description of Problem

This hotfix addresses issues related to deleting or modifying walls, a crash may occur.

NOTE: You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft^® Windows^® operating system to complete the installation process.

NOTE: You must have Autodesk® Revit® 2010 Update 1 installed on the system in order to apply this hotfix.

This installation requires you to replace the following file:

To Install the Hotfix on a 32-bit system on Autodesk® Revit® Architecture 2010

Close all software applications.
Make sure the Autodesk® Revit® Architecture 2010 Update 1 is installed on the system.
Navigate to your product installation folder; for example C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010\Program
Rename the affected original file.

In the product installation Program folder, right-click the RevitDB.dll file and rename it RevitDB.bak.

Extract the RevitDB.dll located in the Revit_2010_WallModification_Hotfix_x32.zip to C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010\Program

To Install the Hotfix on a 64-bit system on Autodesk® Revit® Architecture 2010

Close all software applications.
Make sure the Autodesk® Revit® Architecture 2010 Update 1 is installed on the system.
Navigate to your product installation folder; for example C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010\Program
Rename the affected original file.

In the product installation Program folder, right-click the RevitDB.dll file and rename it RevitDB.bak.

Extract the RevitDB.dll located in the Revit_2010_WallModification_Hotfix_x64.zip to C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010\Program

To Install the Hotfix on a 32-bit system on Autodesk® Revit® Structure 2010

Close all software applications.
Make sure the Autodesk® Revit® Structure 2010 Update 1 is installed on the system.
Navigate to your product installation folder; for example C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Structure 2010\Program
Rename the affected original file.

In the product installation Program folder, right-click the RevitDB.dll file and rename it RevitDB.bak.

Extract the RevitDB.dll located in the Revit_2010_WallModification_Hotfix_x32.zip to C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Structure 2010\Program
