Revit 2012 Hotfix

Description of Problem

This hotfix addresses issues related to “Input string was not in a correct format” error message when attempting to specify location within the Energy Settings dialog.

• Autodesk® Revit® Architecture 2012
• Autodesk® Revit® Structure 2012
• Autodesk® Revit® MEP 2012

Installation Instructions

NOTE: You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft^® Windows^® operating system to complete the installation process.

This installation requires you to replace the following file:

• ClimateServer.dll

To Install

1. Close all software applications.
2. Navigate to your product installation folder; for example C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012\Program
3. Rename the affected original file.
• In the product installation Program folder, right-click the ClimateServer.dll file and rename it ClimateServer.bak.
4. Extract the Revit_2012_Energy_Location_Hotfix.zip to a shared folder.
5. Copy the ClimateServer.dll to C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011\Program
