Hair Rotate Operator Property Editor

Rotates points on guide curves.

To apply: Select the points to rotate, choose one of the options in the Modify > Rotate menu on the Hair panel, and then drag the mouse left or right in the 3D views. The further you drag, the more the points are rotated.

To display: Select the hair object, click the Selection button on the Select panel, and then click the Hair Rotate Operator icon.

Mute

Toggles the deformation on and off without affecting the values of other parameters.

Rotate Around

The type of operation: Root, Tip, or Cursor depending on the command you chose when applying the operator. This is for information only and cannot be changed after the operator has been applied.

Rotation Angle

The angle of rotation in degrees.

If you animate this value, you cannot use dynamics on the hair.
