Extend to Curve Property Editor
Extends a surface to a curve.
To apply: See Extending Surfaces.
To redisplay: Select the surface, click the Selection button on the Select panel, then click the Extend to Curve icon.

Continuity |
The continuity of the segment between the original surface and the curve: • Position (C0). The point is joined by a straight line segment. • Tangent (C1). The point is joined by a smooth curve segment and the tangent does not change abruptly. • Curvature (C2). The point is joined by a very smooth curve segment. Neither the tangent nor the curvature changes abruptly. |

Scaling |
A tangent scaling factor that affects the shape of the segment between the original surface and the curve. This parameter has no effect when Continuity is set to Position (C0). |
