When performing a copy design, selecting the elipsis button (...) to browse to a folder location may take a long time.  This
hotfix resolves this issue.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the TS1069167.zip hotfix.
2. Extract the file to a temporary directory.
3. Double-click on the TS1069167.exe to install the update.
