In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this ADMS server hotfix 
which addresses item import issues.

Description of the issue:
====================================================

This hotfix addresses the following item import issues.

- Increase in item import performance.
- Resolving an error when re-attempting to import after a failed import.
- Enhancing the speed of the Item Master grid population.
- Fixes Error 1313 when changing the state of an ECO.

System Requirements:

Autodesk Data Management Server R5.0 SP1 (Productstream)

Other import issues are resolved in hotfixes TS1067807 and TS1069588.

Warnings:

A migration of the databse must be performed after applying this patch.  See instructions below.

Update Verification:
====================================================

The updated ProductSprocs.sql file will have a date of 4/26/2007 4:53 PM (EST).

Installation Instructions:
====================================================

1. Begin with Autodesk Data Management Server R5.0 SP1 installed.

2. Open Vault Manager and make sure all databases are fully migrated to the latest version.  If not, please migrate 
them before proceeding.

3. Close the Vault Manager application.

4. Download the TS1070177 hotfix.

5. Extract the file to a temporary directory on your server.

6. Double-click on TS1070177.msp to install the hotfix.

7. Open a command prompt and navigate to the installed location of Connectivity.VaultManager.Exe

8. Run Vault Manager b2bmigrate operation in command line mode:

   Ex: Connectivity.VaultManager.Exe -Ob2bmigrate -DBUsa -DBPAutodeskVault

   (the last two cmdline parameters are required only if the ‘sa’ password is not the default “AutodeskVault” password)

9. When the 'migration successful' dialog displays the hotfix is complete.
