In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this 
hotfix which fixes a problem displaying the correct status in the vault pane in 
Inventor.

This README file highlights how to install this hotfix, and other important 
information regarding this update.

Description of the issue:

The vault pane in Inventor may intermittantly display a '?' instead of the correct 
vault status.  This hotfix solves a known issue resulting in the correct status 
being dsiplayed.

Autodesk Data Management Server (Productstream or Vault) R2008 SP1

Update Verification:
===================================================================================

The updated DocSprocs.sql file will have a date of 11/20/2007.
The updated Connectivity.Document.dll file is version 12.1.145.160.

Installation Instructions:
===================================================================================

1. Begin with Autodesk Data Management Server R2008 SP1 installed.

2. Open ADMS Console and make sure all databases are fully migrated to the latest 
version.  Migrate all unmigrated databases before proceeding.

3. Close the ADMS Console application.

4. Download and extract the TS1078426.zip hotfix to a temporary folder on your server.

5. Double-click on TS1078426.msp to install the hotfix.

6. Open a command prompt and navigate to the installed location of Connectivity.ADMSConsole.Exe

7. Run ADMS Console b2bmigrate operation in command line mode:

   Ex: Connectivity.ADMSConsole.Exe -Ob2bmigrate -VUadministrator -VP<adminpassword> -DBUsa 
-DBPAutodeskVault

   NOTE: Replace <adminpassword> with the appropriate administrator password for the 
-VP switch.  The last two command line parameters are required only if the ‘sa’ password 
is not the default “AutodeskVault” password)

8. A 'migration successful' dialog will display when the b2bmigrate operation has completed.

9. Reset the web service by typing 'iisreset' at the command prompt.
