In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this 
hotfix which affects the integration of Inventor 2008 with Productstream Professional 2008


This README file highlights how to install this hotfix, and other important 
information regarding this update.

Description of the issue:
====================================================

This hotfix addresses the following Inventor 2008 integration issues:

1.You get an Inventor CER (crash error report) after generating DWF files in the background.
  This typically occurs after using the create secondary DWF file option for selected Inventor
  document in the Productstream Professional client. It may also happen when using job server
  to create DWF files. This problem occurs with Inventor 2008 sp2.


2.Inventor 2008 will crash intermittently and generate a CER, when trying to transfer bill of 
  materials from Inventor to Productstream Professional. This occurs when you are using a user 
  defined Boolean (yes/no) iProperty that is mapped to a Productstream Professional property.

Installation Instructions:
====================================================

- extract the files from the package into the <Client\CAI> folder and re-register the dlls.

> regsvr32 <full path to client installation root>\CAI\aimdinv12.dll

> regsvr32 <full path to client installation root>\CAI\AIMDAddIn_Inv12.dll
