hotfix which corrects a problem with multiple vault status' in the title bar for a 
file.

Description of the issue:

Certain vault operations will lead to multiple vault status' displayed in the 
title bar for a file. This hotfix corrects the status displayed in the title bar.

The updated VaAc_addin.arx file is version 12.1.145.240.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on a workstation.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file to the temporary directory.
3. Double-click on TS1083086.msp to install the hotfix.
4. Repeat installation on all workstations.
