Description of the issue:

This hotfix improves the performance of displaying BOM in Productstream Explorer on 
files with a highly structured BOM.

Update Verification:
===================================================================================

The updated Connectivity.WebClient.Framework.dll file is version 13.0.47.520.
The updated utils.js file has a date of 8/26/2008.

Installation Instructions:
===================================================================================

1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on the Productstream Explorer server.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file to the temporary directory.
3. Double-click on TS1089066.msp to install the hotfix.
4. Reset the web service by typing 'iisreset' at the command prompt.
5. Install the hotfix on all Productstream Explorer servers.
