Description of the issue:

This hotfix addresses the following issues:

- Users who open or close a branches in the project tree by 
  clicking on the + or - sign can accidentally modify the 
  whole project structure due to unintended drag and drop
  relinking.
  
- In addition a number of stability fixes have been included.
