Description of the issue:

1. There isn't a good quality from dwf of drawings by creating with the 
   DWFWriter-AddIn.

    When a dwf is created from a drawing by using the printer 
    'Autodesc DWF Writer for 2D' the quality is much better.

When creating a DWF-file from a drawing there pops up a message if the 
DWFWriter-AddIn (Publish DWF) is activated in SolidWorks.

Installation Instructions:

- unzip the package into the appropriate folders; 

On the Productstream Professional SolidWorks Add-In client installations:

CmpSldWorks.dll
---------------------
- Place the dll from the package into the <Client/cai/aim_dlls> folder.
- and re-register using,

> regsvr32 CmpSldWorks.dll


CmpSWAddIn.dll
---------------------
- Place the dll from the package into the <Client/cai/aim_dlls> folder.
- and re-register using,

> regsvr32 CmpSWAddIn.dll


On the Productstream Professional server installation:

PrintDWF.ini
---------------------
- Place the ini file from the package into the <Server/cai> folder.
