hotfix which allows Autodesk Design Review 2010 to work with 2009 Vault products.

Description of the issue:

Autodesk Design Review 2010 is not compatible with Autodesk Productstream R2009 SP0 
or Autodesk Vault R2009 SP0.  This update enables product compatibility.

Update Verification:

APIHelper.dll is unversioned.  The file date is 3/19/2009.
The remaining updated files are version 13.0.47.680.

Installation Instructions:
===================================================================================

1. Download the hotfix to a temporary directory on a workstation.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file to the temporary directory.
3. Double-click on TS1103527.msp to install the hotfix.
4. Repeat installation on all workstations.
