Description of the issue:
=================================================================

After setting a multiple columns filter in PSP where one or more 
of them are defined as "selection list", the search criteria is 
not the default (attribute DefaultFilterOperatorText). The user 
has to either notice it and change the operator or initialize 
the filter, upon which the filter is emptied.

4. Install this TS1106549 hotfix:
	a. Unzip the hotfix package;
	b. Copy and paste all files into <Client>/bin/ folder.
