- a missing import dialog.

- an Inventor assembly reference issue.

Description of the issue:

When performing an Insert, Import within Inventor 2009/PSP2009 the 
PSP dialog doesn't appear and the user is not able to select the 
desired file.

Inventor assemblies may have incorrect references after performing 
a drag & drop import.

  ii. x64
   [ClientDir]\cai\aim_dlls\AIMDAddIn_Inv13_x64.dll
