This hotfix solves the following issues:
- Email attachments are not saved when the file name contains special characters (diacritics). [SP1 and 8.2]
- Exporting a file name containing a dot will cause improper document naming and may exclude some documents from the export. [8.2 only]

Installation Instructions
Productstream Professional 2009 SP1 Installation
- Install Autodesk Productstream Professional 2009 SP1
- Install hotfix TS1108867.
- Install hotfix TS1106548.
- Install hotfix TS1095907.
- Install hotfix TS1101448.
- Install hotfix TS1094947.
- Install hotfix TS1101447.
- Install this TS13877016 hotfix.
- Unzip the hotfix package
- Copy and paste the files into the appropriate folders overwriting the original files.
- NOTE: Do not leave any other files in this location. The web server will attempt to load the files and fail.
Productstream Professional 2009 8.2 Installation
- Install Autodesk Productstream Professional 2009 8.2
- Install this TS13877016 hotfix.
- Unzip the hotfix package
- Copy and paste the files into the appropriate folders overwriting the original files.
- NOTE: Do not leave any other files in this location. The web server will attempt to load the files and fail.
