Description of the Issue

This hotfix resolves an issue where the Pack&Go functionality doesn't work in Productstream Professional with Inventor 2009 on 64-bit Operating Systems.

    When working with Inventor 2009 on 64-bit Operating Systems, you must launch Inventor application firstly and keep it open before you invoke the Pack&Go in Productstream Professional, otherwise Pack&Go might not work sometimes.

    Productstream Professional 2009 SP1 Installation

    1. Install Autodesk Productstream Professional 2009 SP1
    2. Install hotfix TS1108767.
    3. Install hotfix TS1109007.
    4. Install hotfix TS14978264.
    5. Install this TS14891937 hotfix.
      1. Unzip the hotfix package.
      2. Copy and paste the files into the appropriate folders on the client, overwriting the original files.

    Productstream Professional 2009 8.2 Installation

    1. Install Autodesk Productstream Professional 2009 8.2
    2. Install hotfix TS14978264.
    3. Install this TS14891937 hotfix.
      1. Unzip the hotfix package.
      2. Copy and paste the files into the appropriate folders on the client, overwriting the original files.
