In a replicated workgroup environment, ownership is required in order to perform operations like a state change. The ownership requirement for
dependent files required that all dependent files are owned by the workgroup performing the state change. This update relaxes the requirement to
allow a state change without owning dependents.

1. Installation of this hotfix should be applied to all Autodesk Data Management Server servers.
2. Download the update to a temporary directory on the Autodesk Data Management Server.
3. Extract the TS15853682.msp file to the temporary directory.
4. Double-click on TS15853682.msp to install the update.
5. Restart the web service by typing 'iisreset' at the command prompt.
6. Install the update on each Autodesk Data Management Server.
