In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this Productstream Professional 2011 hotfix which addresses that the document must be saved again after performing JBSPropUpdate for DWG.

Description of the Issue
This hotfix resolves an issue where some DWG documents must be saved again on close in AutoCAD, after publishing DWF via performing Update Documents from Productstream Professional Client or executing some commands like JBSPropUpdate in the Shell or Jobserver, when working with AutoCAD 2011, 2010 and 2009 based products.

With patching this hotfix, the same issue still exists when setting the value of the attribute PublishDWFMode to 1 in the Configuration.
