Description of the Issue

This hotfix resolves the following issues:

  1. Document gets linked to more items when setting the value of the attribute AutomaticAssignItem to 1 in the Configuration.
  2. Document gets linked to more items due to a synchronization issue after the replication gets offline.
  3. Performance issue while transferring the original of an Inventor assembly that containing plenty of User Defined iParts in a replicated environment.

    The updated files are dated September 21, 2011 (GMT).

    Installation Instructions

    1. Install Autodesk Productstream Professional 2011 RTM.
    2. Install this TS17589852 hotfix on the server.

      a. Make a backup copy of the following files on the server:

      [ServerDir]\etc\doceng.dbq
      [ServerDir]\etc\DocTypeGlobal.dbq
      [ServerDir]\etc\document.dbq
      [ServerDir]\etc\part.dbq
      [ServerDir]\etc\repldocument.dbq

      b. Unzip the hotfix package.

      c. Copy and paste the files into the appropriate folder on the server, overwriting the original files.
