Download the hot fix to your local disk. Note: there are two files in the hot fix: AI2008_Inventor Parker.mdf AI2008_Inventor Parker_log.ldf The two files should be placed in the same folder. 2. If you have Inventor running, close down Inventor. 3. Launch ADMS Console 2008 4. In the ADMS Console 2008, expand the tree under the name of the server and than expand the libraries tree. Select library “AI2008_Inventor Parker” and delete it. You can find Delete command in the context menu or under Actions pull down menu. 5. Select “Libraries” folder and execute Import Library command. You can find Import Library command in the context menu or under Actions pull down menu. 6. In the Import Library dialogue, fill the address of the downloaded new Parker’s MDF file and give a name of the new Parker’s library ie. “AI2008_Parker_new”. 7. Close the dialogue by clicking OK button. The new library is imported. 8. Launch Inventor. Edit your active project file and launch the command “Configure Content Center Libraries”. If the new library does not show up in the list, add the new library to the project you are using. Note: the name of the new library is “Inventor Parker”, not the one you named in the Import Library dialogue. 9. The contents in the new Parker library can be used in your file now. Note: you may need to execute the Update tool if you copy the original Parker content to your library for modifications and then perform the Refresh Standard components command found under tools pull down menu in the following situations:  When you open an assembly file which contains parts coming from the old Parker library.  When you want to place or use Parker content which has been placed before you replace the old Parker library. ================================================================ We want to thank all our customers who identified these issues and reported them to us.
